Refund Policy

Pro Health Peptides Ltd is committed to supplying high-quality, HPLC-verified research compounds. Every batch is tested before dispatch and certificates of analysis are available on request. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails our quality standard, we will make it right.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• Your order arrived damaged in transit.
• You received the wrong product or quantity.
• The product was significantly not as described.
• Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days of dispatch.

Due to the nature of research compounds (lyophilised peptides with strict cold-chain requirements), we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or correctly delivered products. This is to maintain the integrity and safety standards of all compounds in our catalogue.

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date (or 14 days from the expected delivery date if your order is lost). Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary. We will notify you by email once a refund has been issued.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
